Hyndman Construction proudly completed the ground-up construction of Idaho Fitness Factory’s newest location at the corner of Ten Mile Road and McMillan Road in Meridian, Idaho. Built from the ground up, this state-of-the-art fitness facility was designed to support the needs of a modern 24/7 gym while delivering the quality, durability, and functionality expected from a high-performance commercial space.

From site development through final construction, our team worked to create a facility that balances operational efficiency with an inviting member experience. The completed building features expansive workout areas, dedicated free weight and cardio zones, group fitness spaces, locker rooms, and a welcoming front entry designed to provide a seamless experience for members from the moment they arrive.
