Hyndman Construction completed the tenant improvement for Idaho Fitness Factory’s new Victory Road location in Meridian, Idaho. Working within a pre-existing commercial shell, our team delivered a functional, modern gym environment tailored to meet the demands of a 24/7 fitness facility.

The project included interior build-out work designed to support daily high-traffic use, with a focus on long-term durability, clean design, and brand consistency. The finished space features open workout areas, free weight zones, locker rooms, and a welcoming front desk area—creating a seamless experience for both new and returning members.

This Victory Road location adds to Idaho Fitness Factory’s growing footprint in the Treasure Valley, and we’re proud to play a part in bringing their vision to life.
